Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital goods are final.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Training programmes
- Workout plans
- Nutrition guides
- Downloadable PDFs
- Digital courses
- Digital resources
- Custom training plans
- Online coaching materials
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.
Please ensure you review all product information carefully before making a purchase.
Online Coaching Services
Payments for online coaching services are non-refundable once coaching has commenced.
Clients may cancel future recurring coaching payments in accordance with their subscription terms, but refunds will not be issued for coaching periods already provided.
Physical Products
Refunds may be available for physical products under the following circumstances:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The incorrect item is received.
- The item is faulty upon arrival.
To request a refund or replacement for a physical product, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence where applicable.
Physical products must be returned unused and in their original packaging unless damaged or faulty.
Non-Refundable Physical Products
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Products damaged through misuse.
- Products showing signs of use.
- Products returned without prior approval.
- Products returned outside the eligible return period.
